Guest Bio: 

Fabiana Lacerca-Allen is the Senior Vice President of Compliance at Aimmune Therapeutics, a Nestle Health Science corporation, a biopharmaceutical company developing treatments for potentially life-threatening food allergies.

Practicing law and compliance for more than 30 years, Lacerca-Allen’s passion as a compliance leader stems from values instilled in her at an early age and have helped to shape her career path as a global thought leader in law and compliance. In addition to leading the compliance team at Aimmune, Lacerca-Allen serves as a member of the Board of Directors and an audit Committee member at Shield Therapeutics plc.

Lacerca has a track record of building and implementing successful compliance programs across Fortune 100 organizations, particularly within pharmaceutical, biotech and medical device industries. Her expertise includes negotiating and implementing corporate integrity agreements, deferred prosecution agreements and consent decrees for U.S. corporations with extensive global operations.

Prior to her roles at Aimmune , Lacerca-Allen was the Senior Vice President and Chief Compliance Officer at Elan where she had global responsibilities in strategic initiatives and implementation of compliance programs. And prior to this, she held roles as a Board Member at ArthroCare, Senior Vice President and Chief Compliance Officer at Mylan, Director of Compliance at Bristol Myers & Squibb and Senior Counsel at Microsoft.
